Hi, can someone proof me, if Windows Anti-piracy screens are Real?

Hello, i have one question, i got one video on youtube, that shows Windows 95 Anti-Piracy screen, and it was for me a very real thing, and i wan't know more(video i saw:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eNxQdLMMOOI&), as bunch of searching on youtube, i found also remakes, i know about that, and also bunch of these screens had look like as real, i was searching again, if i found some helpful video, and i found nothing, then i go to Google, and, it only shows the Videos from youtube, i was searching everywhere, and i don't found any results, and btw. my friend was told me, that he got Anti-Piracy too, if he was traveled to USA, and connect to the internet in USA, but, that happen him from a 10 years later, and he didn't know now, how the screen was look like

so.. i need your help guys (i know, if like in 90's, when you had buy some illegal/pirated games, then FBI was go to your home.. xd)

and also, if it is real, then how i get them?
(if you find some gammar bugs, i am czech, and my english is not that good at all :D)

    Hello KRR,

    I am Jaspreet Singh.

    With newer versions of windows if you are using a non genuine license or if your are bypassing the activation process you donot get a piracy screen but instead some of your systems options are disabled ( mostly personalization options) and you get a warning to get a genuine license.

    1. windows periodically checked for the activation key and if an activation bypass method is detected the activation is canceled and warning is issued.
    2. the story of the anti piracy screen seems fake as nothing of the sort was made into windows.
    3. no you need an active internet connection to detect piracy though there are several offline methods to block attempts for copying or unauthorised usage of digital content.

    Piracy of digital content is illegal and can be detected by your internet service provider via your internet history and depending on your local laws you can be questioned on it by your local law enforcement.

    hmm, but I thought, for example, if you buy some pirate version of windows, and microsoft then finds out when you connect to the internet, will you get that Anti-piracy screen? above windows xp(because as i remember, microsoft had very protected his products, to being faked, or modified), or will the FBI come right away? for example xd

    i know also another story, when my friend(it was a girl), on 1999, and she had Windows 98, and she browse up, on the internet(in internet explorer 5? idk now for sure), and she saw one AD, that was something about food or what was that, she wan't it know about, what that was, and when she clicked on it, it was a scam, and it was a illegal site.. so.. she closed up the IE fast she can, she also closes all Programs, but, it was to late, and she got Anti-piracy Screen too(or.. not anti-piracy, but just a screen where was "Please wait for the Police"), and then about 7 minutes, she had 3 policeman on your home, and start searching about her PC. But she was then okay.. the policeman say to her, if you do this again, it will be a very big problem.

    so.. is this screen also in modern windowses? or if you do some illegal things today, you will only got a letter?(yeah.. weird answer, but it is same to the Anti-piracy screen :D)

    and if it is a truth, so i have many questions:
    1.how even microsoft will know about it is a pirated version?
    2.had someone a Fake Anti-piracy screen?
    3.can he even detect Piracy and Illegal stuff(more in 90's) without network?

    4.and how do they EVEN look like?

    If you use licensed software there is no need to worry. I am a user like yourself and not from Microsoft or associated with the development team.
