I recently bought a new laptop and a Windows 11 Home licence, I entered the activation code and got the error 0xC004C008. I never used this code before, can you please help me?

May I know if it's a preinstalled Windows on your device?
When did the issue start? Is there any changes made before you got this issue?
Please try to activate your device by following the steps below:
Click Start menu and type Activate then hit enter
You'll see a Troubleshooter there, please run it.
Please press Windows key + R and type slui 4 then hit enter
Follow the prompt, and call the number for your Country, then they will ask you for the Installation ID and they will provide you a confirmation ID

Thanks for the update. Appreciated. May I know where did you purchase your license? As per the error that you've received, it means the license have been used to other device already. You may try the retailer or the seller of your key regarding this. And also you may reach Microsoft Support to check on this. Let me give you a link where you can reach them:

No, it's not a preinstalled Windows. I bought it and installed it myself with a USB that came with a licence code. It started since the first launch of my laptop. Troubleshooter doesn't help me and the phone option doesn't work because the I can't reach the given phone numbers (I live in Russia).
