The best option for that device is to open File Explorer, then go to the Music folder on the left, select some audio tracks, then drag them onto the MP3 Player in the left pane to add those files to the MP3 player.

I've been trying to upload some MP3 songs to my MP3 player, but the Media player app does not have a sync button and I can't find the device in my OneDrive either.
I have not used an MP3 player before and am not sure how to upload my songs.
Could I maybe get an explanation on how to upload the songs?

The method you would use to upload songs would depend on your MP3 player, sometimes they have their own app to load songs with, what is the make and model of your MP3 player?

(it's simple to find on a web browser)
