All inbound calls are going straight to voicemail

I am in the process of testing Teams Calls. My settings show that it should ring for 20 seconds before going to voicemail.
However, I just tested 5 calls to my Teams number and all calls are going straight to voicemail and it doesn't ring on my cell phone or my laptop.

Please help me understand how to get this to work correctly.

    Does anyone else have the same problem in your organization?

    In this case, it firstly recommend you check your call rule in Teams Settings. To check it, you could click ... >Settings >Calls. In call answering rules, select call rings me and do nothing like the following picture:
