I had the same question & I'm sure this helped some people but I'm not as computer savvy as some people. So for me that seems quite difficult. Maybe I can find someone smarter than me to help.
Thanks

Hello!
My device currently has Windows 10 Pro, but it is not activated, I just downloaded it from Microsft's website for free. but actually I want to get Windows 10 Home version to my device. What exactly should I do for purchase(buy) and install Windows 10 Home now? Most importantly, when I purchase Windows 10 Home and install it on my device, will the presence of Windows 10 Pro on my device create a problem or prevent me with the installation of Windows 10 Home? If it creates, what should I do in beforehand to prevent it from creating?
Sincerely, Tural Ismayilov

Hi Tural
I am Dave, I will help you with this.
To go from the Pro version of Windows to the Home version, you will need to backup your personal files, create a bootable Windows 10 USB, then use that to wipe the drive and clean install Windows 10 Home.
To ensure the Home version is installed, not the Pro version again, use these steps after creating the bootable USB.
Right click your Desktop, choose New - Text Document
Paste the text below into that document
[EditionID]
Core
[Channel]
Retail
Then choose File - Save Aa, at the bottom of the Save As dialog, change file type to 'All Files' then save that file as ei.cfg (note you must manually add the cfg file extension)
Then copy that ei.cfg file into the Sources folder in your USB drive.
