    I am so sorry to hear that you are having an issue connecting your Wireless Comfort keyboard 5050 to your Windows 10 computer. You may follow the steps here:

    1. To connect your keyboard, please press and hold the pair button on the bottom of the keyboard for 5 seconds, until the LED starts to flash.
    2. On your computer, wait until you see a notification, then click CONNECT to set up your keyboard. If you don't see any notification, kindly right-click the Start menu icon on your computer, then choose Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices > Add Bluetooth or other device > Bluetooth > Microsoft Bluetooth Keyboard > Done.
