Hello friends, I frequently encounter error 0x8000000000000000000000 and event ID 1001 while playing on Windows 11, and suddenly the game crashes. I have checked hardware, updated drivers, updated windows, uninstalled and reinstalled programs, repaired windows, even changed windows 11 to windows 10, still the problem persists. Please help me to solve this problem.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.

All those minidump files indicate the FileCrypt.sys driver in Windows is causing your PC to crash, that is usually caused by an Emulator for games, or your drive being encrypted or some other virtual environment on your PC, but you indicate you do not use any of that.

I just use Steam. I don't know if it is considered a virtual simulator or not.

Hello dear, I have registered some new minidumps for worms. But I noticed that more than 5 files are not saved in the minidump folder. For this reason, some of them have been deleted by Windows. And I will leave the link for you.

Another issue that I noticed is that every time I turn on the verifier and the verifier checks the drivers, I have less problems for a while. But after a few hours, it seems to intensify again. Looks like the drivers are crashing again.

No, the minidump folder is completely empty
