AD Server restart randomly!

Good day

Please, can you help me with a Server...?

We have set up a new AD server and the unit just restart randomly in production time.

I'm struggling to get to the problem.

Can someone guide me and help to why the server is doing this?

Windows Server 2012R2 installed on vSphere ESXi 6.7.

Critical: The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding,

         crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Information: File System Filter 'npsvctrig' (6.3, ‎2013‎-‎08‎-‎22T13:38:22.000000000Z) has successfully loaded and registered with Filter Manager.

Mabe due to the problematic Jan 11th update, if so you need to install this out of band fix.

    Hello @Barry Van Wyk

If the message before crash is always the Event ID 6 related to npsvctrig it means that the issue is related with "Net Pipe Service Trigger"

This is likely to be a driver issue. From Windows side I can recommend you to search for latest updates for the machine, but it will be also required that you get some help from VMWare forums about the ESXi 6.7 usage with Windows Server 2012R2, specially in the supported virtual network types.

Hope this helps with your query,

Please run the DM log collector and post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive.

If the server can run V2 that will have more useful files for troubleshooting.

Hi, Thank you for all the support, I have installed the update. AD hasn't rebooted yet.

I will get the DM logs and post them here.
