I have a really cheap AMOLED monitor, and I'm worried that setting a still wallpaper as a lock screen will leave some marks. When I take a break from work, I usually leave the PC on and locked. I'm not the type of guy to put the PC to sleep for just a 30-minute break. Also, not a fan of a screen saver.

To avoid screen burn-in on that monitor, you cannot set a live wallpaper in the Windows 11 lock screen, you can set the lock screen to a slideshow of photos you have stored on your PC, or you can use one of the old animated screensavers, they should still work in Windows 11, they are accessible from Settings - Personalization - Lock Screen at the bottom.
