Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

There should be no reason why the printer would work in the Home version and not in the Pro version, the best first option is to completely uninstall that printer, restart the PC, then go to the support page for the printer on the Canon website, and from there, download and re-install the version of printer drivers, firmware and associated software they provide for your printer.

I searched on the Canon website, that indicate that 'Communication error' indicates there is a problem with the port setting on the printer.

    Close all open applications

Open the old Control Panel (click the Start Button, then just type Control and press Enter)

At the top right of Control Panel, set View to icons

    Select Devices and Printers

Right click your printer and choose 'Printer Properties'

On the resulting dialog, choose the Ports tab

Please provide a screenshot of that dialog.

    =missing all updates=

Because my computer have only one socket for SSD M2.

Since April, I have used SSD with Windows pro :)

And the SSD with Windows Home lay in the table box.

The printer seems to be installed normally, it is visible in the system. There is a reaction of the system to connecting and disabling a USB cable.

But any attempt to print something leads to one result - "Communication error".
