My laptop is a Gygabyte G5 MF whit a 4050 RTX, Intel Core i5 12th generation and 16gb ram

When im playing need for speed unbound the game crashes and this message appears: DirectX function "GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG ("The GPU will not respond to more commands"). GPU: "NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop GPU", Driver: 54592. This error is usually caused by the graphics driver crashing; try installing the latest drivers. GPUBreadcrumbs:

I have the latest drivers from nvidia, the latest drivers for my cpu and all the updates that have been released for windows 11. I dont know how to solve this cause i tried using the command dxdiag, but it says that my direct X doesnt have any problem... I tried to installing the drivers manually from the device managment from windows and the error stills appearing. Help please

    Hi,

    1. Click the Start button.
    2. In the search bar, type Run and press Enter.
    3. In the pop-up window, type dxdiag and press Enter.
    4. The DirectX Diagnostic Tool will load. If a pop-up window appears asking about the driver's digital signature, click the answer corresponding to your computer.

    Click Save All Information and then Save As.

    5.. Click Save (the file should be saved on your desktop as dxdiag.txt).

    Exit the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.

    Attach this file to your support ticket.

    Hi,

    Last case, reinstall the game, but as I said and the game fails, I recommend contacting EA Support and sending Your DXDIAG so they can tell you what the problem is.

    The problem is in the game and not in Windows.
