I tried both of these things and still the issue persists. Also what’s with the new troubleshooter? It just asks me a bunch of questions and achieves nothing
My Bluetooth will not let me add new devices anymore after recent update
After the previous update my computer when crazy and I had to roll back and then another update came out that was stable which would be the most recent update. But for some reason now I cannot add new devices to Bluetooth. All my old devices are connected still and work perfectly but I can’t add a new devices. I can hit the add device button it is not greyed out which I know is an issue for some. The window pops up asking me what kind of device I want to add and if I click any of the options the window closes and nothing happens. If I click it and do not move the mouse it will have the blue circle loading symbol pretty much forever and will disappear if I move the mouse again. Also I tried to add a new Bluetooth keyboard and I waited for the add new decide pop up from the system tray and I clicked connect but it fails every time.

2023-10-19T12:35:57+00:00 Sorry if that didn't help.
Can you try to install an older/different version of the Bluetooth driver?
I can help you find a compatible driver if you let me know your PC make and exact model.
Thanks.

2023-10-18T17:21:53+00:00 Hi DazaiEmyia,
I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.
I will recommend the following methods.
- Run Windows troubleshooter.
Open Settings => System => Troubleshoot => Other troubleshooters =>Bluetooth => Run.
- Update or Rollback the Bluetooth driver in the Device Manager.
Open Device Manager >> click Bluetooth >> right-click your Bluetooth driver >> click Update Driver.
If the system says that you have the latest driver installed. Try to Roll back the driver. Right-click your Bluetooth driver >> click Properties >> click Driver tab >> click Roll back driver.
- Uninstall the currently installed Bluetooth driver then download and install the available driver from the PC manufacturer's website.
I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.
