Some app by the name of Iserv is constantly using 50% of my CPU. What should I do?

    If you mean "iserv.exe" as in capital i.

    You should remove it ASAP:

    Iserv.exe is part of a potentially unwanted program (SAntivirus) that describes itself as an anti-malware product that will protect your computer from malicious programs
