Cellular option is missing in windows 11 pro

I have a Lenovo ThinkPad T14 gen 3 laptop. There has sim card slot, I have added that sim card. but I cannot find cellular option there. I have updated windows too. Please help me for find this cellular option.

    In fact, there is no Mobile Broadband Module installed in Device Management. Contact your computer manufacturer's support, they can advise you on what type of Mobile Broadband Module you can install.

    The cellular option is present if the Mobile Broadband Module is installed on the PC. Generally this module is installed upon user request.

    Go to Device Manager, expand network adapters, post a screenshot.
