Why can't I download ibis paint?

I am trying to download ibis paint on my windows 11 surface. I have checked all system requirements and also updated my system but it still shows an error notification, every time I try to download it. Please help

    I am so sorry to hear that you are having an issue installing the Ibis Paint app via the Microsoft Store. I would recommend following each step below to sort out this problem.

    1. Make sure to download the latest Windows Update on your computer. Please go to SETTINGS > WINDOWS UPDATE > CHECK FOR UPDATES, then INSTALL if there are any.
    2. Go to the Windows search bar, then type in Microsoft Store, then click it to launch. Next, click LIBRARY, then GET UPDATES.
    3. Go to SETTINGS > APPS > INSTALLED APPS > search for Microsoft Store, then click three dots to open options > select ADVANCED OPTIONS > please scroll down until you see Reset, please click REPAIR, then relaunch the Microsoft Store app. If you are still able to download Ibis paint, click RESET.

    Can you try restarting your computer and then launching the Ibis Paint app again? If you are still getting the same error message when launching the app after the reboot, please follow the steps here https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/topic/-wind...

    Thank you alot for your fast response. However this only resolved my problem partially. I followed all the listed steps and it is now downloaded. However when I click "open" I get an error message, saying that "windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item".

    Even though I am the administrator of the pc and have never had this problem before. Is there a way I can fix this?
