Setting “downtime” on a PC

I am a Mac user but we just bought our son a PC. I would like to set up parental controls to be able to “sleep” the computer at night similar to downtime on a Mac device. How can I do this? Can I remote control the PC from my Mac? Can I set parental controls to lock down the pc at a certain time every night?

    There isn’t an exact equivalent in Windows but you can set screen time limits on the PC using Family Safety.
