My computer does not have ethernet, I was able to tether my phone using USB-c and get wifi that way. Thank you
On clean install of windows 11 (lenovo ideapad 1); can not find network to complete the setup process

Do you try to use WiFi? Unfortunately, installation media may do not have drivers for a WiFi module. Please try wire connection.
