Press Win key + R > Enter: msinfo32 > check SM BIOS info.
After that, compare the latest BIOS version available from the Gigabyte link I posted above.

Hi i am starting to experience long freeze/ stuttering that either forces me to a hard restart og waiting for 1-3 min. Sometimes the freeze end and im able to restart the computer through Windows. The computer have worked fine since it was build in february 2023. Mainly used for study/ gaming. Freezes may also end for a short time allowing me to move the mouse breefly before freezing again.
The Freezes
Seems to occur when i alt tab from a game and directly into Google chrome. Or trying to launch chrome after playing for a long time(while game is running). I am able to play without any problems as long as i dont alt tab or launch a Internett browser. Freezes do occur shen using Microsoft Edge aswell. Happens more frequently while playing, especially with Baldursgate 3. Can occur while not playing aswell. Sometimes i am able to use the browser for 1-2 min before freezing. It also happens while using AMD driver and Google chrome together. When the freeze happens it will continue to freeze no matter what i do on the computer until restart.
Measures taken:
Restoration of Windows with deleting all previous files.
Disable xmp profiles/OC ram
Standard AMD settings compared to OC GPU(AMD Adrenaline)
Standard CPU profile Vs gaming profile in BIOS
Looking into Google chrome (removing extensions)
Closing applications other than the game and browser.
Using Windows diagnostic tool for windows and ram
Playing Fullscreen/windowed/borderless

Other:
Computer got faster after reinstalling Windows, but can experience in delay when opening Google chrome. Resulting in multiple Tabs opening at once after 3-4 seconds. Monitoring task manager: Ram usage does not move beyond 30%. CPU temp rarely reach higher than 50 degrees celsius. GPU critical is averaging around 70 degees with standard settings, and averaging around 50-60 degrees with OC and fan tuning. I started experiences black screens a while ago during gaming session in Diablo 4. Increasing GPU voltage and disabling vram tuning Seems to fix the problem. The monitor would go black while the computer remained active.

Downloaded driver for the motherboard. SSD health numbers are 100%, 100% and 42 degrees celsius.
Do you know how to check the BIOS version and update it?
I downloaded drivers for intel cpu yesterday, and benchmarks seems fine. Im also running a CPU gaming profile from the BIOS. Games are now using 20-75% CPU instead of 2-7% earlier. Seems games run better now, will it impact the system negativly in the long run? All temperatures seems lower now aswell. The CPU does not reach higher temperatures than 50-58 degrees.
The system event logs indicate repeated errors related to "The driver detected a controller error on \Device\RaidPort1.0".
I will recommend that you update the Storage Controller drivers and BIOS to the latest version.

Also, check the health of the SSD.
I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.
