i cant seem to change my pc from display cord to HDMI a blank screen appears when i unplug the display cord and put in the HDMI

monitor is a titan army model number: N27QW 27

graphics card is Nvidia 360ti

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Are you changing from a DisplayPort cable to a HDMI cable, if you are, shut down your PC, then change the cables and then start your PC, Windows should then use the HDMI connection.

    If not, please provide a photo of the back of your PC indicating the port you were using and the port you are switching to.
