I do not see Intel RST drivers listed there, but there are some Intel chipset drivers.
Usually they are Intel RST drivers, then you need to extract out the drivers form the installer and put them on the USB using the steps that Intel provide on this link:

If this does not work, you will need to contact the support staff for your motherboard on that support page.

I require the drivers to see the drive in a vlean installation of windows, also my motherboard model is the Asus TUF Z590 plus wifi

If you have built a custom PC, then the storage drivers (chipset) will be found on the support page for the motherboard you are using on the manufacturers website.
Usually they are Intel RST drivers. if you have any difficulty locating the drivers, what is the exact model NO. of your motherboard?
