My Dell XPS 13 Plus 9320 (Service Tag: CHYTKR3, Express Service Code: 27207799887) is running Windows 11 Home 64Bit 10.0 Build 22621. Recently, the built-in webcam stopped working. When I try to open the camera using the Windows Camera app, I get the error message "We cannot find your camera."
I have followed your instructions and fully updated my PC, enabled all relevant settings, and checked the firewall, but the webcam is still not working.
One exception is that I was unable to update the "Intel-2D-Imaging-MCU-Visual-Sensing-Controller-Driver" using Dell Update. It failed with the error message "Failed to update." please help.
