2023-10-02T12:29:05+00:00 I have disabled XMP previously, this did not solve my problem, and have since re-enabled it.
I will run the diagnostic tool later and reply with the results

2023-10-02T12:22:05+00:00 When diagnostic tool starts, press F1 key and select Extended mode. Note, test hang at ~21% for more than 2-5 hours means memory error too.
Try to disable XNP and see if this helps.

2023-10-02T11:09:17+00:00 Hi Igor,
I have ran the "Windows Memory Diagnostic" which came back with no errors. I am not too sure how to check or place it into extended mode if you could advise me on how to do that please?
Regarding the RAM modes;
it is compatible with the motherboard, and is running exactly as listed on the site

My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll do all my best to help you.
Did you switch memory diagnostics to extended mode? If not, please do.
Check your RAM modes (voltage, frequency, timings) are in compliance with numbers in the motherboard compatibility list for your RAM model.
