Hello, so I installed a new M.2 SSD, and upgraded my RAM. After I installed Windows 11 everything was going smooth until I was installing a Windows update, it froze on 33% which led me to shut it off, now whenever I try to boot the computer it gives me a black screen, it won't boot to BIOS, tried connecting it to another monitor and it hasn't worked. I got no clue what to do.

Thank you so much for your reply!
Since safe mode and your keyboard doesn't work anymore, it seems like an hardware issue.
Please make sure that all the hardware components, including the new M.2 SSD and RAM, are properly connected. Sometimes loose connections can cause startup issues. Remove and reseat them one by one to ensure they are properly installed.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Hello, whenever I turn on the device it, the screen does not turn on, it also will not connect to an alternate screen.
Hello there, I'm Sathishkumar and I'll be very happy to help you out today.
Sorry for the inconvenience!
First, let us isolate whether software or hardware causes this issue. You can start your PC in safe mode to check if you are having the same issue or not.
Before you enter safe mode, you need to enter the Windows Recovery Environment (winRE). To do this, you will repeatedly turn your device off, then on:
Hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
Press the power button again to turn on your device.
On the first sign that Windows has started (for example, some devices show the manufacturer’s logo when restarting), hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
Press the power button again to turn on your device.
When Windows restarts, hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
Press the power button again to turn on your device.
Allow your device to restart into Automatic Repair, and select Advanced options to enter winRE.
Now that you are in winRE, you will follow these steps to take you to safe mode:
On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
After your device restarts, you'll see a list of options. Select option 5 from the list or press F5 for Safe Mode with Networking.
