WHY IS MY OPERA GX BLOCKED

it says it is block by my system administrator

    Okay, I recommend that you run the Opera GX as Administrator.

    Right-click the Opera GX launcher/shortcut > click Run as administrator.

    i try to go to my opera gx and win i click on it it say block by administrator can you fix it
