How do you fix the Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot media in selected Boot device and press a key.

I tried multiple ways that I found across the internet but no luck(since whatever I found had things I didn't have or different design). One way that might fix it is enabling the CSM which I don't have(including secure boot and fast boot). Could anyone lend me their expertise on this? I'm lost.

What is it you are trying to do? Much more explanation required. Describe your system in detail. For example how old is the hard drive?

I recently changed it with one I ordered so It's quite new (Yes I ordered a new one to try fixing the problem and it does read in the BIOS list but even when in first priority order, still the problem consist). I'm trying to use my laptop but the only visual thing I can see is the Reboot wordings that I asked in this thread when starting up my laptop. Yes I couldn't give much information since I don't know what information should be shared (that could help you guys). To sum it up my laptop won't progress through the Reboot wordings since according to what I know is either the HDD is damaged(could be), Wrong Boot order, and maybe the BIOS needs to be updated not so sure.

    (Problem looks like this)

If that PC was on my desk, my first assumption is that there is no hard drive in it, it is disconnected, or failed completely. That PC will only be useful to you if you have (can see and read) the Microsoft sticker with the Microsoft Product Key on it, have a Windows 7 install disk for the specific edition named on the sticker and have a new replacement hard drive to install.

If you have never done this before, you should consider finding a COMPENTENT PC technician.

If you have a brand-new blank hard drive in the laptop (which is what your explanations seem to say), the error message is telling you -- correctly -- that it can't boot into Windows because there's nothing there.

What the error message is suggesting that you do is to insert bootable media, e.g., Windows installation information, either on a DVD (if the laptop has an optical disk drive) or on a USB flash drive.

I'm not sure what you mean by "enabling the CSM," but your reference to "secure boot" seems to suggest that you're trying to install a version of Windows more recent than Windows 7 -- even though you asked your question in the Windows 7 section of Microsoft Community.

Yeah I figured it out after confirming it with Canadian Tech by kinda simplifying and changing his words, so what's left is for me to get a usb drive to download the Windows information onto it then installing it in my laptop(not sure how will it go, I'll just check back here if that doesn't resolve it).

Yes I did put this in the "Windows 7" section since my laptop was originally windows 7 but I updated the system software wise but yeah I guess you could? say that I'm in the wrong section.

I was just trying to say in my explanation that included the CSM and secure boot is that those options don't exist on my laptop I can't interact with it(I only know about it since I searched online on ways to fix the method [software wise]and saw it on multiple videos).

Also the problem originated from my laptop just crashing so I tried swicthing it off with the button since nothing happened for a few minutes, but it didn't work so I kinda like took the power source away to shut it down forcefully and I guess that's where the HDD gave up(It's over a decade old too), hence I bought a new HDD from what help I could find online then coming into the same problem which is what I'm asking for help now and with the old HDD it does make a huge amount of the whimpering and scratching noises when my laptop went into the Reboot wording also this did happen before when it went into the reboot wordings but I just like repeatedly powered it on and off it until it fixed itself?(that's really what happened, don't know how it fixed itself last time though)
