If you're seeing fluctuations of 6-8GB, it's generally within the range of normal for a modern OS. Windows uses a portion of the storage as virtual memory, which is stored in a file named pagefile.sys. Depending on system activities, the size of this file can increase or decrease. Many applications, including browsers and the Microsoft Store, store cache data. This data can grow and shrink as apps are used and updated. And these are only two examples, there aer similar behind-the-scene examples like that for other purchase. I wouldn't be worried if it is only within this data range.
My storage amount is fluctuating.
My storage value goes down and up very often, even when I am not downloading or deleting anything. Also I want to find a program with which I can clean my storage.

Fluctuation of storage space can be completely normal depending on what's going on behind the scene, such as Windows downloading updates, temporary files and cache data from apps and the operating system, etc.
How much of the change are we talking abou there? What is the range if you don't might sharing?
Windows has a built in app called Disk Cleanup. You can run that app, and click on "clean up system files" button to have it offer you more options to clear space.
In addition, you can install a free app called Treesize from Microsoft Store app, and run it to have an idea what's all taking up the space. https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/XP9M26RSCLNT8...
