Need to use internet explorer 9

Hello everyone!

I need to use internet explorer 9 to access a service.

There is no problem if is needed to use an older SO, but i need to use this.

I tried to contact the service owner, but they did not offered me solution for this. They told me to make my way to get this...

Please, someone could help me?

    I tried. But it only uses the IE11.

    The service i need requires IE9...
