    I am sorry to know that you are experiencing this issue. Please follow the steps below:

    1. To use a semi-colon (;) please press the button beside the letter L on your keyboard.
    2. To use a colon (:) please press the Shift button + the button beside the letter L on your keyboard.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the reply.

    I see. I believe for the secondary function of the same key, it seems not possible. You can only set the first function of the key. For example: By pressing the number 1 key on your keyboard, it types the semi-colon ; key. And you can do it by installing the Microsoft PowerToys:
