Hi, BenJi2D. My name is David I am a user of Microsoft products like you, and it is a pleasure to greet you.

Try like this: Control Panel, Accessibility Center, then you click on Start On-Screen Keyboard, once it appears you press (on the virtual keyboard) the key that says "Options", click on "Control On-Screen Keyboard when logging in", deactivate the option that says Use on-screen keyboard and save the changes.

I hope you find this information useful.

It is best to perform the test; However, if when restarting the PC the conflict still occurs, I suggest you perform a repair of the system files; To do this, it performs an in-place upgrade; to do this, follow the information created by Microsoft from the following link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/...

    Was already turned off :/
After stopping Microsoft Text Input Application, it stopped. How I opened it...I have no idea. How it kept popping after a restart? I also have no idea. Maybe if I restart my PC now it will open again, don't know :|
