Why am I showing a PnP error in my Devices and Printers?

We had a power outage and my computer tried to reboot but couldn't as I had a USB device installed. I shut it down manually and restarted. The Lock Screen came up with a picture that looked like a Utah rock formation rather that the valley scene with a tractor trailer running at the bottom of the scene. This rock formation is a picture that I have never seen before. My normal Lock Screen picture is the seascape looking out from a cave, but shows the valley scene if there is a boot up problem. Did I possibly change a setting while restoring my Lock Screen picture?

After removing the USB though the proper procedure, there was still an icon showing that a device was still installed. The included screenshot shows the yellow triangle in my computer. I ran the troubleshooter and restarted per the instruction. Same problem existed. There were no errors in the Device Manager. (The icon is the 7th from the right on he taskbar.)

The computer still seems to run properly, should I just ignore it?

    Its okay. The Computer Yellow Icon is from having a unshared computer on the network. The USB Icon seems to be still there because there maybe a usb device still plugged in. Looks like a bluetooth/wi-fi Logetech device is still plugged in. If it is not still plugged in then it possably still could be showing and you need to hit the refresh circle at the top right. These are tiny plugs sometimes You can miss physicaly seeing them also If this is a desktop computer there can be many locations for usb ports.

    My computer is not shared. Maybe the wireless mouse and keyboard are what is causing the issue. I don't remember ever going into that screen before, so it may have been like this foe a long time. I checked the file Explorer and there are no errors on the OS.

    I performed a troubleshoot and got the following message:

    "Dell Diag Control Device has error"

    This is what I see when I click it. I have tried the restart and that doesn't do it.

    I think the next reply might solve the issue.
