    Thanks for updating me, Leonard.

Since there is no spare keyboard available, let's try some software-related troubleshooting steps:

If you have a system restore point, perform a system restore.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/rec...

Click on Start > Command Prompt > Type this command and hit enter:

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Once it finishes, type this command and hit enter:

    sfc /scannow

Perform a clean boot and disable non-Microsoft services:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-t...

After that check to see if the issue still persists or not. If the issue is fixed, do the same procedure and re-enable the services one by one until you find the service that causes the issue.

You can go through this checklist to make sure the install is set up correctly:

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

If the issue still persists, perform an in-place upgrade.

Please let me know if you need further assistance and keep me updated.

    Hi Leonard,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

Does this happen all the time or only while using a specific app?

To fix this issue kindly try the steps below:

1-Try to use another keyboard if available and check if the issue still persists or not. If the issue still persists, it means the issue is software-related and it is best to Update its driver from Device Manager.

If it did not fix the issue, uninstall the keyboard driver completely and download and then install the latest driver from the manufacturer's website.

2-Try to connect the keyboard to another computer. If the keyboard has the same issue, it means the keyboard has hardware issues.

3-Try to connect the keyboard to another USB port to see if it works or not.

4-Change the keyboard layout and check whether the issue still persists or not:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/man...

5-If you recently updated your Windows, uninstall the update or perform a system restore.

6-use On-Screen Keyboard to see if the issue still persists with it or not:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/use...

7-More troubleshooting methods from the link below:https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

Please let me know if you need further assistance and keep me updated.
