My display (screen) is showing larger icons than before. How do i fix this?

Tonight my screen is showing all of my folder and document icons much larger than earlier today. I have lots of folders on my display screen and they are not all visible to me. I looked up all the Microsoft information about my display, but couldn't find the simple (which I know it will be) fix for this problem.

    I'm Christine, a Windows user like you. I can see here that your display or screen shows a larger icon. No worries, I'll do my best to help you.

    May I know if is there any changes made before you got this issue?

    Which version of Windows are you using? (Please press Windows key+R and type winver and hit enter)

    Please check and follow the steps below:

    1. Please try to right click on your desktop and choose View and you will be able to choose the Medium or small icons.
    2. Please try to press CTRL and scrolldown the mouse wheel on your mouse
    3. Let's try to refresh the explorer.exe

    On Windows 11:

    Right click on start menu and choose Task Manager

    Click Details Tab and end the task of explorer.exe

    Then click Run New Task and type explorer.exe and hit enter

    On Windows 10

    Right click on start menu and choose Task Manager

    Click Details Tab and end the task of explorer.exe

    Hit File then click Run new Task and type explorer.exe and press enter
