this is the error when i try to install the firmware of surround. the device works but 7.1 not
hyperx cloud 2 not enable 7.1 sound after an update windows 11
i have a headset hyperx cloud2 wired after an update of windows 11 when active from controller 7.1 sound nothing change. I try everything about drivers or anything else to change usb port to update windows or the driver from device manager. nothing change. I try to another pc with windows 10 and works perfectly. So the headset hasnt the problem but the update from windows 11. So give a solution about this. Thanks for your support!!

Based on the current situation, it seems that after the update, the 7.1 Sound of your headphones is lost. In this regard, I suggest you try opening the device manager, find the current hyperx cloud 2 firmware and uninstall it, and then go to the official website of the headset to re-download the firmware. And perform the installation according to the steps in the firmware instructions.
