Hello

I have been getting a lot of BSOD lately, I've tried everything I can think of to fix it including reinstalling drivers like Nvidia to fully resetting my PC. And now I'm out of ideas.

I tried using Blue Screen View, and it says the ntoskrnl.exe is causing the error.

Sometimes i've also received this codes of error 0x00000133 and 0x00000139.

It's not happening everytime but only when I'm trying to play games like Cyberpunk or Star Wars: Jedi Survivor.

    Hello there,

I'm Gowtham, I'll be happy to help you!

I apologize for the issue you are experiencing. Please be assured that I will do my best to provide a satisfactory response and assist you with resolving the problem.

If you receive Error code 0x00000133 with Crash address ntoskrnl.exe, resulting in BSOD because of GPU drivers, specifically reported for AMD GPU drivers in Windows.

Please try the following steps to fix this issue:

Step 1: Run a Scan with the Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool

=> Go to the Start menu.

=> Type ‘Windows Memory Diagnostic’ into the search bar and then click the option when it appears in the results list.

=> Click on the option that says ‘Restart now and check for problems.

=> Your system will restart, and the scan will commence. Wait for it to complete. It may take a while (could be up to an hour depending on the size of your RAM).

=> After the scan, you’ll get the results once you log into your computer.

Step 2: Update all the drivers

=> Hold down the Windows key and simultaneously press X to load the Power User Menu.

    => Select Device Manager.

=> Navigate to where the problematic driver is. If you’re looking to update the graphics card driver, expand Display Drivers. If you wish to update the microphone driver, expand Audio Inputs and Outputs. And so on.

=> Right-click the driver and select Update Driver.

=> Select Search Automatically for Drivers.

Step 3: Try running the System File Checker to resolve this issue. This will scan your system for corrupt files and attempt to repair them. Here's how to do it:

=> Press Win + S to open the search box.

=> Then type "PowerShell" and select Run as administrator from the right pane.

=> If UAC appears on the computer screen, click Yes to continue.

=> In the Command Prompt window, Input this Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool command and press Enter:

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

=> When the first Scan is done, type this command in the Prompt’s window and press Enter:

    sfc /scannow

The scan may take a while to complete, but once it's done, restart your computer and see if the issue persists.

Hope it helps you. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Thank you!
