win 11: IPhone & PC paired but dynamic lock does not see phone. Phone and PC are up to date. Can see Phone in bluetooth.

Dynamic lock does not work.

    Hello, restart your iPhone. I have Windows 11 Pro 23H2, iPhone SE (2020) iOS 17.3 and only with restart iPhone Dynamic lock in Windows works for a few days....

    Microsoft replaced system and now running 22H2, still have the same problem. Still have the same problem.

    Firstly, could you let me know the specific system version (OS Build)? You can check it by pressing Win + X > System > Windows specifications*, click “Copy” and paste it in your next reply*.

    Here is how Windows Dynamic lock works: Windows can use devices that are paired with your PC to help detect when you’re away, and lock your PC shortly after your paired device is out of Bluetooth range. This makes it more difficult for someone to gain access to your device if you step away from your PC and forget to lock it.

    I suggest that after connecting your phone to the computer, try moving about 20 meters away from the computer (usually, Bluetooth has a range of 10-15 meters), then wait for 2 minutes, and check if Dynamic Lock is working.
