No WiFi networks available during clean Windows 11 install

I'm using a bootable flash drive with a freshly purchased Windows 11 Home on a new MSI MS-15H1 aka Modern 15 B12M. Everything went well until I need to connect to the Internet, see screenshot attached.

There's no keys to turn WiFi on and off on this laptop. Since it's brand new, I cannot update drivers in Windows, because it has not been setup yet. Of course, there's a working router and plenty of other networks around to show. The device doesn't have an ethernet socket, so can't plug it in physically.

Please suggest avenues to resolve this connectivity issue, as I'm stuck with the installation.

    Hi there,

    I'm Amr, an independent advisor.

Press the “Shift + F10” keyboard shortcut.

In Command Prompt, type the following command to bypass network requirements on Windows 11 and press Enter.

    OOBE\BYPASSNRO

The computer will restart automatically, and the out-of-box experience (OOBE) will start again.

Note: You will need to select the region and keyboard settings again to get to the network connection page.

Click the “I don’t have internet” option.

Click the “Continue with limited setup” option.

Click the Accept button (if applicable).

Confirm the name of the local default account on Windows 11.

    Click the Next button.

    and continue the setup process

I hope this is helpful. If you require any additional assistance, don't hesitate to respond to this.

    Best Regard

    Amr

it is a silly solution but just try alt-tabbing out of and back into CMD

    Thank you for your reply,

I'm aware of the situation, you can bring up the CMD during Windows installation to do such a thing, did you try it? if this does not work try Shift + Fn + F10

You have to use a \ instead of / and I'm also assuming it's probably case sensitive, so try typing OOBE\BYPASSNRO

Amr, thank you for your reply, but there’s no Command Prompt on this machine yet, because Windows has not been installed. This is exactly what I’m trying to do by running an installation from a bootable usb drive.

You probably cannot read Ukrainian, but it doesn’t provide “I don’t have internet” option anywhere on the screenshot either.
