Glad to help, yes that is the cable you need to get and the second monitor will then work.
I have 2 HDMI ports, but 1 of them isn't working.
Hi!
I recently bought a second monitor, so I could have a better setup. I followed the guide it came with, plugged it in and connected it to my second HDMI port. However, when I turned the monitor on, it said 'No signal'.
I attempted to swap the cables between the two HDMI ports, so that the new monitor was plugged into the HDMI port my main monitor used. It connected fine, but when I attempted to plug the main monitor into the second HDMI port, it didn't connect and had the same 'No signal' issue.
I believe there is something wrong with either the second HDMI port on my PC itself, or there might be something wrong with my display adapter drivers.
Here is info about my system:
Version: 10.0.19045 Build 19045
System Manufacturer: PC Specialist LTD
System Model: Vortex GR
System Type: x64-based PC
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-9100F CPU @ 3.60GHz, 3600 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
I have already updated my display and graphics drivers. I tried to run a troubleshoot on display adapters, but it couldn't identify the problem. I'm unsure if this is relevant or not, but I occasionally use a VR headset that connects to my PC. I'm unsure if that is related or could be causing issues with the displays. I'm not extremely knowledgeable about PCs and this is my first attempt at setting up dual monitors.
I would really appreciate any assistance or advice you can offer.
Thanks!

So I would need to look into buying a DisplayPort to HDMI Port cable, right?

That HDMI port that is not working is for integrated Intel graphics on a processor, not the graphics card and your i3 processor does not have Integrated Intel HD graphics.
Beside the HDMI port that is working are 3 other ports attached to the Nvidia graphics, you will need to use one of those DisplayPorts to connect the other monitor with a DisplayPort cable.

If you connect only one monitor to one of the HDMI ports and it works, then connect it to the other HDMI port, and it is not working, then there may be a problem with the second HDMI port, not the monitors.
Please provide a photo of the ports at the back of the your Vortex GR case, indicating which HDMI port is working and which is not.
