Hi, and thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, after you restart the PC, it is still stuck on undoing changes? if yes, kindly follow the steps below:

First, we need to go to Windows recovery mode and try the options there:

Restart the device 3-5 times until I reach Windows recovery mode, wherein you have the option to select Continue, Troubleshoot, or Exit.

Or try to Press and hold the Shift key while continuously pressing F8 while starting the PC

    Then on Windows Recovery:

    Do system Restore:

Click Troubleshoot> Advanced options> System restore - Follow the prompt and choose the date when it was working fine.

Let me know how it goes and I hope that helps.

    Bernard

Hi, thanks for that information, since you have done steps from the Windows Recovery and still having an issue, we need to use Windows installation media in USB to repair the issue, To do that kindly follow the steps below:

Note: We need another PC and a USB drive (At least 8GB and make sure there are no files inside as it will reformat the USB) once you have that kindly follow the steps:

Step 1: Create Windows 11 installation Media

    Go to this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...

Scroll down and under "Create Installation media" click "Download Tool Now" then run the Media creation tool (the downloaded file)

If you agree to the license terms, select Accept.

On What do you want to do? page, select Create installation media for another PC, and then select Next.

Select the language, edition, and architecture (64-bit or 32-bit) for Windows 11.

This table will help you decide which edition of Windows 11 you’ll choose:

On Select which media, you want to use click USB and save it to your USB drive.

Once done, do the repair kindly follow the steps below:

Insert the USB into the affected PC

Start the PC and if you see “Press any key to boot from DVD,” do so. If you don’t see the message, you might need to change the boot order in your computer's BIOS settings so that it first starts from the DVD or USB.

When you see the Install Windows page, tap or click Repair your computer to start the Windows Recovery Environment.

In the Windows Recovery Environment, on the Choose an option screen, tap or click Troubleshoot.

Tap or click, advanced options and then click on Startup repair.

it says that i don't have any restore points, enen tho i remember having them, it ask you how many Gb you want to put in the recovery or something like that.

I tried doing reset, it doesn't work, start up repair, doesn't work, scf/ scannow or something like that, doesn't work, using other OS only gets me stuck on loading screen, safe mode only keeps me in the same screen

To be honest im quite worried i might loose all my files, and i dont have any usb at the moment and it will take a little while after i go to a Walmart and get one.

Ever since i got windows 11 i have been updating my pc and nothing crazy happens, this is really weird tbh, and idk if i will ever be able to restore my pc back, but something that annoys me is that i have to update ever 2 to 4 days.

Under startup repair go to advanced options, click on safemode.
