PC keeps freezing randomly (solved)

I recently got a refurbished computer off of amazon, but the issue is it has many errors such as blue screening (I think I may have fixed that already) and freezing up constantly with no warning
I have done a fresh windows 11 install but the random freezing problem is still there, sometimes it freezes as soon as I power on my pc or it is fine for 10 minutes or so then freezes out of nowhere.
I have tried looking around but there's nothing I can do currently, it could be a hardware issue, any help please?

my specs are as shown:
11th gen intel core i5-11400
16 gb ram
geforce rtx 3050

tests ive already done:
Memory test: no issues
CHDSK test: no issues
SFC: no issues
DISM: no issues

could it be possible I need to replace RAM?

alright, sorry for the late reply, I decided to return the pc as the ram was the issue, thank you and i will remember this all for any future issues, thank you!

doesn't seem like that's the issue either, may be a problem with the actual parts itself
ill give more information on what's happening during the freeze:
pc freezes and plays an audio bit on loop (if audio is played before) and needs to be rebooted by holding the power button.
along with that it has been bluescreening even when starting up the pc, though its not as often as freezing
I'm not sure if it is a ram problem, but I did look around some more and people just keep saying "swap the ram"
could that be the possible issue?

thank you, but I already have done most of these checklists, especially the system file check
however the freezing happens less and less the more I try things such as this
its the right direction! but I don't think the issue is with my installation...

Since the issue still persists even after performing a clean install, probably the issue is hardware-related and it could be a RAM issue. Therefore, please try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:

If you are overclocking your PC, try running everything (CPU, GPU, system memory) at their stock speeds. See if the issue is still reproducible. Or, turn off XMP profile or set it to Auto.

Download then install the latest version of BIOS & Chipset drivers from the manufacturer's website.

Test the RAM with the free utility MemTest86, then run a full 8 pass scan to test your RAM for physical errors:

If you are comfortable of doing so, take all the system memory sticks out, examine them for any obvious defects, and then reseat them into the sockets. Make sure that they are seated properly in their slots. If you have multiple sticks of system memory installed and you suspect one is faulty, one thing to try is to reproduce the issue with only one stick of memory module at a time. This will help you to isolate the faulty module.
