Missing Drivers : SM Bus controller, PCI memory controller, PCI data acquisition and signal processing controller

Hi, after a fresh install of windows 10 pro, I found these 3 drivers to have exclamation marks next to them in device manager. After just getting over a load of trouble with my computer, I'm dubious about installing anything. However, today I found that my USB ports will charge my phone but wont let me access any of the files on my phone. So I'm wondering if these 3 drivers are anything to do with that problem.

The three drivers are :

* SM Bus Controller

* PCI Memory Controller

* PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller

If they're not anything to do with USB ports, could somebody tell me what they are to do with and if they are important.

I have reluctantly been to manufacturer's website and downloaded and installed they're recommended drivers, which didn't fix my issue.

I also have the following Windows OPTIONAL updates available.

Many thanks

    Try this utility from Intel:

    The VEN_8086 in the values indicate the devices are all Intel.

    Try installing the Intel Chipset Device Software for the Dell Precision 5520:

    Hi.

    For each device under "Other devices" can you do the following:

    In the Device Manager double-click each device.

    Then click on the "Details" tab, then choose "Hardware Ids" from the drop-down menu under "Property".

    What is listed under "Value"?

    Also, what computer (or motherboard) do you have (make/model) ?
