    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

    Windows Live Mail has been discontinued and has reached the end of support on January 10, 2017. Since this app doesn't receive more updates you might face some incompatibility issues with newer versions of Windows. You can see this information at this link.

    It's recommended to migrate to the Mail app or the New Outlook app, these apps are up-to-date and are more secure than the old Windows Live Mail. You can see more information about the Mail app and the New Outlook app at these links.
