Audio Codec Error In Media Player

I have downloaded a movie from the internet and whenever I try to launch it using Media Player ( not windows media player , which seems different ) , I get an error saying "We can't play the audio for *movie name.mp4* because it's encoding settings aren't supported. You can still watch the video." , and I tried downloading "Media Features Pack" from the settings but I couldn't find it , so I think it's because it's already installed. Any ideas on how to fix it ?

You can download the k-lite codec pack here: https://k-lite-codec-pack.en.uptodown.com/windows

But there are many options to do compared to VLC which is simpler.

Hello Bara, sorry about your problems. My name is Marco and I will do my best to help you.

Some videos and audios use different codecs that Media Player does not have.

You can download VLC Media Player which supports all codecs.
