Hi, ZephyrMcGuitar,
Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.
The first thing that you can try is to reset the network settings and check if it fixes the problem.
1-Click on Start then click on Settings
2-Click on Network & Internet
3-Scroll down, click on "Network reset" then click on "Reset now"
4-When finished, reboot your PC and check if the problem was fixed
If the problem persists, it could be a driver problem. Please provide some more details to help identify what is causing this problem. Are you using a laptop or a desktop? Which is the full model of your computer/laptop or motherboard?
Also, attach a screenshot of the System Information Page:
1-Right-click on Start then click on Run
2-Type: msinfo32 and click on Ok
And a screenshot of the version of the driver installed:
1-Right-click on Start then click on Device Manager
2-Click to expand the Network adapters
3-Right-click on the Wifi/Ethernet driver and click on properties
4-Take a screenshot of the General and Driver tab
