Hi PamTSS, I am Paulo and I'd like to help.

You can use the preview pane to easily view the files without opening them. Simply click on the View tab and then enable Preview pane from the menu.

To quickly scan through your files, you may use your arrow keys to select each file and show them in preview pane.

Another option is to enable thumbnails and make the icons larger. Click on View tab in File explorer > Options > Folder Options View tab > uncheck the option "Always show icons, never thumbnails" and then click OK. To make the thumbnails larger, navigate to where your files are located and then press and hold the Ctrl key + scroll up.

Does this work for you? :)
