How do I download App Store onto my desktop Computer?

Every time I look for the app store on my new computer, I can't seem to find it.

not to mention customer service for a multi-billion-dollar company like this is a joke that I

cannot get a hold of someone, not to mention the error page on your official page for customer service.

what a joke!

I want to download the app store to my computer,

Also where are my screenshots being stored at on my desktop?

I've search for those photos and nothing always comes up as an empty folder!

    f you are referring to the Android App Store for Windows 11.

    What method are you using to take screenshots?

    If you press the Windows Key + Prt Scr (printscreen) key to take a screenshot, then that should be saved inside the Screenshots folder in your pictures folder.

    this is my device that I am using:

    Processor AMD Ryzen 7 5700 3.70 GHz

    Installed RAM 48.0 GB (47.9 GB usable)

    System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

    Pen and touch Pen support

    GeForce GTX 3050

    I have tried to download directly from Microsoft. the blue option for download does nothing on my screen after I press on it.

    it is a brand-new computer only 3 weeks since I purchased it. it did not come with the app store downloaded on it.

    every option to download stops me from doing so.

    Tech support does not know what to do either.

    snipping tool does not save in that file name. it doesn't save at all, anywhere on my computer. nor does it show an option to "save as". like it use too

    If you use the Windows Key + Prt Scr (printscreen) key to take a screenshot, then go into your users folder in C:\Users

    Is the screenshot not in the Screenshots folder in the Pictures folder?

    If not, open the OneDrive folder in your user folder, there should be another Pictures folder, is the screenshot in the Screenshots folder in there?
