How to I activate ClicktoCall so I can make calls from my mobile from PC via Phone Link?

I can call Contacts that are already stored on my phone but can't seem to find how to activate the Click2Call/Clicktocall from any phone number that might appear on my PC from a webpage, excel or pdf etc....

    Thanks Therese,

    Yes, I've done that but its still not allowing me to click on a number and make a call like you would using the Zioper5 or 3CX Click2Call app. Any other suggestions?

    PhoneLink doesn't seem to support the functionality you need at the moment.
