Computer keyboard letters not working.

My computer monitor and GEFORCE RTX driver was unplugged without properly shutting down. With a solid blue screen with white letters, the computer is in "BitLocker recovery" mode when I attempt to start it. It's asking me "enter the recovery key for this drive". My keyboard letters do not work, only the numbers do. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately recovery keys should be all numbers, that is why you can't type letters.

It seems like you may have the recovery key ID, rather than the key itself.
