It shows that they have it but when I try find it it's nowhere to be seen. I tried getting to it via google but it doesn't give me an option to download/ install it. I ran a repair and a reset and it still doesn't come up.

If you are using a VPN, disable that
Check in your Settings app to ensure your region is set correctly, and then check the location settings to ensure location services is enabled and all apps can access your location.

I opened the other link you gave me and it it opens up on Disney + but there's no option to download.
