Hi, I'm Elise, a fellow user like yourself and I'd be happy to help with your issue.

You can find you Bitlocker recovery keys following these steps:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/whe...

You could also disable Bitlocker, you can right click on the drive which is encrypted and you will see an option to manage Bitlocker.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

    Kind Regards,

    Elise

When you boot up it will give you a key ID, which will correspond to a key on your Microsoft account. That’s the one you enter at the point.

Thank you so much, it worked and showed me my keys but

it shows me 3 keys but i only have 2 drives, i did at one point have another so maybe its that. So now when i boot into safe mode and exit will it ask me for all 3 keys or the one for my C drive? or something else?
