But, it didn´t work. It is not working although i clicked it hundred times. I hope someone can help me to fix this problem. Thank you

JBL wireless speakers are wonderful. They connect via Bluetooth to the source devices. However, theJBL speaker connected but no sound issue has been reported recently.
You are not the only one to face this problem, I also encountered it with my different JBL versions. Such problems are not unexpected when it comes to wireless devices.
Moreover, some new users can also come across such troubles. Because they may not know the proper method to establish the connection.
Here are some important ways to fix the issue,
    1. Check the Volume Level2. Reconnect the Devices

    3. Charge Your JBL Speaker

    4. Check Sound Output Settings

    5. Reset Your JBL Speaker

    6. Troubleshoot the Source Device

    7. Advanced Hacks

    8. Contact JBL Support

    Hi FranzJAM ,

I'm Christine, a Windows user like you. I'll do my best to help you.

I can see here that your JBL charge 4 is having issue with the sound when conecting to your Windows device.

May I know when did the issue start? Is there any changes made?

Just to confirm, were you able to use it before?

May I know if there's a built in speaker on your device? Is it working?

Please check and follow the steps below:

    1. Run Audio Troubleshooter

Click Start menu and type Troubleshoot then hit enter

Select Other Troubleshooter and run the Playing Audio option.

Please restart your device and check if the issue still persists.

    1. Please try to remove or disconnect the JBL device and try to connect it back.

If it's not showing to the options as one of the devices, please shutdown your device and wait at least 3 minutes before turning it on.

    1. Kindly check and follow the steps from the link below:
